You might feel like you’re seeing more adults learn they have ADHD. Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a condition including attention difficulty, hyperactivity, and impulsiveness. Approximately 4 percent of adults in the United States have enough symptoms to qualify for A.D.H.D., but only an estimated one in 10 of them is diagnosed and treated. We’re joined by Takira Jones, a.k.a. The Busy Bee with ADHD,  a lifestyle vlogger who helps adults with ADHD develop confidence. She was diagnosed in 2021 after leaving her job as a teacher and learning more about ADHD. We discuss her symptoms that lead to her getting tested, what life looks like for her managing her diagnosis, and how to support those who might also have ADHD.
